Returns / Exchange Policy
Returns receive store credit or exchange only. Sorry, no refunds. You must contact us immediately if you need to return or exchange item(s).
We hope that we have given you sufficient information regarding our products. DUSK Deals regrets that returns can only be processed under the following conditions:
1. You received the wrong order (you have received a different item(s) than what is listed in your confirmation email). 2. You are not 100% satisfied with the product. 3. Product arrived broken or damaged.
All item(s) are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Returns will be credited or exchanges will be shipped after a DUSK Diva/Divo has inspected the item(s) and declare the item(s) are in their original condition. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How to return an item(s) All returns must have a return label on the package with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). To process your return and receive a return shipping label and a RMA number email info@duskdeals.ca or call 1-647-346-3875 with the following information ready:
1. Is this going to be a return or an exchange? 2. What item(s) are you going to be sending back? 3. What is the reason you're sending the item(s) back? 4. What is your account or invoice number? 5. If this is an exchange, what are the replacement item(s)?
Once an RMA is processed, the item(s) must be shipped back to DUSK Deals immediately. Domestic packages need to be received within 2 weeks of the date the RMA was created. International packages need to be received within 3 weeks of the date the RMA was created.
