We ship worldwide and offer Free shipping in Canada and the United States for orders of $200.00 Canadian Dollars (CDN) or more before taxes.
All orders are shipped by Canada Post or UPS. Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of your order being processed, except weekends and holidays. Shipping charges and times vary depending on your package weight, location, speed of delivery and delivery method chosen. A tracking number is provided with all orders, allowing you to track your order progress.

DUSK Deals tries very hard to ensure that any item(s) you order will be available at the time of purchase. However, there may be occasions when an item(s) you have ordered may be temporarily out of stock. If there are item(s) that are unavailable at the time of your purchase, we can hold your order until that item(s) comes in or inform you of a similar product we could offer as a substitute. This allows us to expedite customer orders sooner without delays. If the missing item(s) brings your order total below the amount that qualifies you for free shipping, we will contact you to ask if you would like to replace this item(s) with an alternative to keep the free shipping on your order. If we are unable to provide an alternative product to maintain the amount over $200.00 CDN before taxes, shipping charges may apply. Do you ship orders overseas?
Yes, we ship orders all over the world.
How much will I pay for International shipping?
Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order, your destination and delivery method chosen.
Please note: Certain Countries charge additional customs fees and independent carrier charges. DUSK Deals cannot anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred.
How long will it take for my International package to arrive?
International orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days. Customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving Canada and entering another Country.
Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?
DUSK Deals only collects taxes on purchases made in Canada. You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither Canada Post, UPS nor DUSK Deals can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. DUSK Deals has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Each country has their own customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from DUSK Deals you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the Country in which you are receiving the goods.

Delivery time includes 1 business day for processing.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
2-3 Day and Overnight orders must be in before 11AM EDT to ship out same business day.
2-3 Day and Overnight orders placed after 11AM EDT will ship the following business day.

Returns / Exchange Policy
Returns receive store credit or exchange only. Sorry, no refunds.
You must contact us immediately if you need to return or exchange item(s).
We hope that we have given you sufficient information regarding our products. DUSK Deals regrets that returns can only be processed under the following conditions:
1) You received the wrong order (you have received a different item(s) than what is listed in your confirmation email).
2) You are not 100% satisfied with the product.
3) Product arrived broken or damaged.
All item(s) are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Returns will be credited or exchanges will be shipped after a DUSK Deals Diva/Divo has inspected the item(s) and declare the item(s) are in their original condition.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How to return an item(s)
All returns must have a return label on the package with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). To process your return and receive a return shipping label and a RMA number email info@duskdeals.ca or call 1-647-346-3875 with the following information ready:
1. Is this going to be a return or an exchange?
2. What item(s) are you going to be sending back?
3. What is the reason you're sending the item(s) back?
4. What is your account or invoice number?
5. If this is an exchange, what are the replacement item(s)?
Once an RMA is processed, the item(s) must be shipped back to DUSK Deals immediately. Domestic packages need to be received within 2 weeks of the date the RMA was created. International packages need to be received within 3 weeks of the date the RMA was created.
Intimates and Non Returnable Items Policy
DUSK Deals does not accept returns on bathing suits, socks, underwear and intimates.
