Qualifications
-Retail and online sales experience
-Stocking, display and merchandising experience
-Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
-Inventory control, shipping and receiving experience
-Proficient at multitasking and can confidently adapt to changing priorities
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Fine attention to detail
-Solid computer, data entry and cashier skills
-Enjoy taking on new challenges
-Self driven, able to work independently and with the Team |
Responsibilities
-Deliver exceptional customer service to customers, clients and contacts
-Have an eagerness to sell, assist and advise customers
-Continually merchandise, organize, fold clothing appropriately, refresh and restock product racks and displays in a timely manor
-Maintain a thorough understanding of Company products, services and features in order to meet and exceed customer needs
-Able to perform frequent carrying, bending, twisting and kneeling
-Keep the stock and retail floors neat, orderly and clean at all times
-Assist with social networking on a daily basis
-Maintain a fun and positive retail store environment |
